We operate one of the fastest-growing Shopify stores in Austria, selling online worldwide from our workshop in Vienna. Our dynamic, diverse team of over 100 people from more than 20 nationalities values collaboration, creativity, and growth.
Your Tasks
- Support processing of all e-commerce orders (online deliveries).
- Fulfill customers' personalization requests on the embossing machine.
- Assist in picking and packaging our products.
- Stamp shipments and ensure timely delivery to end customers.
- Organize storage of materials and maintain accurate inventory.
- Collaborate with production and customer support teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
Your Profile
- Experience in order processing and packaging is an advantage.
- Physically fit and enjoy active, hands-on work.
- Motivated, focused, and organized with structured workflow habits.
- Flexible and able to handle stressful situations.
- Team player who proactively contributes ideas and solutions.
- Passionate about notebooks, leather, and craftsmanship.
